Learn to ask for a raise


Who will ask for the increase?
First, consider the position of the person to whom you are filing. The attitude is different if you ask a boss who does not own, if you go directly to the owner. Consider what position you can take your boss, for one simple reason


When time after starting the work should be done?
you should not do it before six months old.


What arguments can I give?
You try to add words such as "professional development", "moving up the company," "desire to take on new responsibilities," among others.


How much can I borrow?
A reasonable increase ranges between 20% and 30%, but it's certainly the company's policies


Where do I start the conversation?
Find the right time. Begin the conversation with ease and poses the question in simple sentences, but direct: "I plantearte a proposal", "to talk to you", "How good that now we can talk."



What if the answer is no?
If you say no, you should take it calmly.
